Privacy Policy

PLACEHOLDER – replace with the final privacy policy. Mandatory points that apply to this application:

  • Hosting and database: Supabase (Frankfurt, EU) and Vercel (Frankfurt, EU).
  • Payments: Stripe.
  • AI providers as sub-processors: Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI (USA). Chat content and document excerpts are sent to the selected provider to generate answers and retained there for up to 30 days.
  • Documents are processed with OpenAI embeddings for search, even when another provider answers.
  • Administrators may read chats for quality assurance and abuse prevention. Every access is logged and visible to you under “My data”.
  • Transactional email through an SMTP provider (currently Brevo, EU).
  • Memory: if enabled, the application keeps durable facts from your chats (e.g. your offer, your audience) to personalise later chats. You can view, edit and delete these entries under Account → Memory and switch the feature off at any time.
  • Partner programme: if you arrive through a partner link or a partner has shared your email address with us in advance, we store the assignment to that partner to settle commissions. The partner never receives chat content, only aggregated revenue figures.
  • Anonymised archive: to improve the material, we keep question and answer pairs in anonymised form. Names, companies, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, links and specific amounts are removed automatically beforehand and replaced with placeholders; no member, chat or message identifier is stored, and no time more precise than the calendar week. These entries can no longer be linked to you and therefore remain after an account is deleted. For the anonymisation the text is sent once to one of the AI providers listed above.
  • CRM: your first name, last name, email address, language and membership status are sent to our CRM system (GoHighLevel, USA) so that we can support you and send you service messages. Chat content is never transferred. If you delete your account, the deletion is reported there.
  • You can export your data and delete your account at any time (Account → My data).
